Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address and message, with an optional phone number. Please only include information needed for your enquiry or appointment.

Online booking and service providers

Online bookings are provided through Timely, which processes booking and customer information to support appointments and related communications. Timely also has its own privacy practices: Timely Privacy Policy.

Squarespace hosts our website and enquiry form. Google provides website analytics and reCAPTCHA spam protection for the form. These providers, and providers supporting our business communications, may process or store information outside Australia under their own privacy and security arrangements.

Website analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors find and use our website and to improve it. Analytics may include pages viewed, interactions, referral sources, device and browser information, approximate location and cookie identifiers.
